Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EZQuote (the "service"), operated by Chase Ortiz ("we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
EZQuote lets you submit photos and details about a landscaping project and forwards your request to the landscaping company you selected. Our software uses automated systems to prepare an internal summary of your request to help that company review and respond to it. We are a software provider only. We do not perform landscaping work, do not set prices, and are not a party to any agreement between you and a landscaping company.
No pricing or estimate is provided to you
The service does not generate, display, or send you a price, quote, or estimate. After you submit a request, you will receive only a confirmation that your request was received and that the landscaping company will be in touch. Any automated analysis of your submission is prepared solely for the landscaping company's internal use and is not shared with you. All pricing, scope, and availability are determined solely by the landscaping company, typically after they contact you and assess the project. Nothing in the service constitutes an offer, a contract, or a guaranteed price.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information. You represent that you own or have the right to submit any photos, videos, and details you upload, and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party right. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable use
You may not abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, submit automated or fraudulent requests, or interfere with its operation or security. We may suspend or limit access to protect the service.
Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Chase Ortiz or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it except as permitted by these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any landscaping company will respond to your request.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chase Ortiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred dollars (100 USD).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chase Ortiz from any claim arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
