Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, property address, photos and videos of your property, and any notes or details you submit through a quote form.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser information, and basic usage and analytics data needed to operate and secure the service.

We use your information to generate a preliminary estimate using automated systems, to deliver your request to the landscaping company you selected, and to operate, secure, and improve the service.

AI processing: the photos, videos, and details you submit are processed by third-party AI providers to classify your property and produce a preliminary estimate. We do not use your submissions to train third-party AI models.

We share your information with the landscaping company you requested a quote from, and with service providers that host and process data on our behalf, including cloud hosting, storage, and AI processing providers. We may disclose information when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide the service and as required by law, and in any case no longer than 48 months after your last interaction, unless a longer period is required. You may request deletion at any time.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at chaseortizwork@gmail.com and we will respond as required by applicable law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The service is not directed to children and is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
